approve your loan request. My job is to look beyond your credit and job history to find a mortgage loan for you.

Realtors judge loan officers on their ability to get loans closed. They know that a Mortgage Broker with 200 lenders has a better chance of getting the loan closed. Yes, it is hard work but the joy in the borrower's eyes at the closing makes it so worthwhile.
